The player will be informed a minimum of 2 hours before a session if it is cancelled. This decision will be based on the current and forecasted weather.
If a session has not been cancelled and within 2 hours of the session start time the weather significantly worsens and is deemed too bad by the coach, the session will go ahead.
However the players who are signed up will have a choice to attend the session or not. Those who do not must contact email@example.com and will be credited.
If the coach believes that the session was not satisfactory and was extremely affected by the weather then the attendees will also be credited.
The credit must be used within the training period. At the end of the training period, your account will be reset back to 0.
No refunds will be issued unless:
- The club is forced to cease all activity, in which case the user will be refunded pro rata, depending on how many sessions they have attended.
- The club is unable to reschedule a cancelled session, in which case the user will be refunded pro rata.
