SO, you have signed up to Tour (great decision!) , we have received your entry form and deposit, but what happens next?

 

Final Payments

Final Payments will be possible from 30th November 2022! We'll be in touch in early December!

Travel & Accommodation

 

Flights - Book them soon! Get in touch with your Tour leader if you have any questions about travel and accommodation! 

 

Accommodation - In January, your Tour leader will work with your group to put you in suitable rooms. They will be in touch following the entry deadline when we have the final amount of players from your group. 

 

Information

 

In late Feb, we will contact you all with the timetable, party themes, Whatsapp group and more. For now if you have any pressing questions please contact your Tour leader.

 

Cancellation
