THE STORY

The roots of Deep Dish lie in Crystal Palace, London 2013. Where Jake Sheaf, our CEO, started a beach volleyball club with a focus on making beach volleyball accessible no matter your age, ethnicity, nationality or playing ability.

The following year in 2014 Jake took a passionate group of 50 players to Praia Da Rocha for an unforgettable week of training, partying and amazing times!

The two areas of Deep Dish were officially born (Vacations & Clubs) and it is now a thriving community of thousands.

Deep Dish is an old school slang term used for a set that is effectively carried. This was hugely popular in the 90's where beach volleyball thrived in an era of vibrant colours, intimate atmospheres, great vibes and no barriers to play. All values that we deliver in every part of Deep Dish today.

This is channeled in everything we do, from our UK-based beach sports clubs, the major events we run across the UK, or the incredible sporting experiences we run in Europe with people coming from all over the world to join us.
