Whats Included?
Training
Train Like A Pro has had a complete makeover this year, and we can’t wait to bring you a camp experience unlike anything you’ve seen before.
Instead of a traditional week, this year’s programme is built to give you a deeper understanding of what it takes to reach your next level. We’ve broken down your nine sessions into the following:
Technical Refresher
Get your fundamentals firing again. Expect plenty of purposeful reps to help you find your rhythm early in the week.
Side-Out Like the Pros
At the elite level, attackers rely on a handful of distinct side-out styles to win points. You’ll learn the most effective styles used in high-performance beach volleyball and discover which approaches best suit your strengths, decision-making, and natural playing identity.
Winning the Big Points
Learn how to read opponents, identify patterns, and apply defensive systems when it matters most. We’ll break down what makes great teams win key moments, and give you the tools to do the same under pressure.

Tournaments
Put your training into practice in highly competitive gameplay and tournament settings structured to mimic the pressure of real matches. These tournaments are carefully designed to challenge your skills, improve your mental toughness, and simulate the environment you’ll face in higher-level competitions.
1:1 Coaching
Each camper receives dedicated one-on-one time with expert coaches. These personalised sessions focus on your individual needs—whether it’s technique adjustments, tactical insights, or goal setting—giving you direct feedback that fast-tracks your progress.

Sunset Stretch & Recovery Sessions
After a hard day of training and tournaments, join our guided sunset stretch sessions designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance recovery. Relax while watching the Gran Canaria sunset, helping your body recharge for the next day’s challenges.
Socials
While the focus is on serious training, downtime matters too. We arrange access to local bars and social spots so you can unwind, celebrate your wins, and connect with other campers in a fun, safe environment.
