Valentine’s Day usually conjures images of candlelit dinners and chocolates, but last year, on our Portugal vacation, romance showed up in truly Deep Dish fashion right on Centre Court.
A Valentine’s Day Unlike Any Other
It started like any other Deep Dish trip: golden sands, great vibes, new friendships, and plenty of beach volleyball in the sunshine. Guests threw themselves into tournaments, enjoyed epic socials and made memories that would last a lifetime.
But amidst all the action, one very special couple had something bigger in store.
Love and Volleyball: The Deep Dish Magic
Andrezj worked with the Deep Dish team to quietly plan a surprise proposal in a setting he and Magda both loved. It was a dream come true: a heartfelt proposal in the middle of Centre Court, surrounded by friends who might have only met days before and yet already felt like family.
Spoiler alert: Magda said yes. 🎉
Cue cheering, applause, and exuberant celebrations.
It truly was one of the most unforgettable moments we’ve ever witnessed: a surprise engagement surrounded by a community of friends, laughter, and beach volleyball.
