Three Deep Dish Clubs Ready for UKBT Club Championships This Weekend!

This weekend is one of the biggest dates in the UK beach volleyball calendar as the UKBT Club Championships returns to Sandbanks Beach, and we're incredibly proud to have all three Deep Dish clubs competing.

Deep Dish Crystal Palace, Deep Dish St Albans and Deep Dish Bournemouth will all be taking to the sand as clubs from across the country come together to battle for the title of UKBT Club Champions.

The Club Championships is a unique event that celebrates everything great about club volleyball. Players compete not only for their own results, but also for points that contribute towards their club's overall ranking. It creates an incredible atmosphere, with clubs supporting one another throughout the weekend in a true test of community, depth and team spirit.

We're particularly excited to be hosting the event once again at Sandbanks Beach alongside UKBT while also seeing our own players represent Deep Dish across all divisions.

Deep Dish clubs have enjoyed some fantastic success at the Club Championships in recent years. Crystal Palace has established itself as one of the leading beach volleyball clubs in the country, winning the overall Club Championships title in both 2023 and 2024 before finishing third in 2025. Bournemouth continued its rise with an impressive fourth-place finish last year, while St Albans secured 15th place and will be looking to build on that result this weekend.

For many of our players, the Club Championships is the highlight of the season.
