HOW TO BOOK ONTO DEEP DISH TOUR

Hey all! As of this year we are no longer using a form on our website to sign you guys up for Tour, and are upgrading to a new and more epic booking system for you all!


Deep Dish Tour entries are open!

As the process is a bit more comprehensive than previous years, we wanted to give you all a step by step to make sure you all book on correctly! Check out the video or the step by step process below on how to book your Camp spot.

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:


1. You can book in groups of up to 6 people. You will need to do this if you are planning on sharing our Deep Dish accommodation options with anyone.


2. Any booking group will need a lead booker! You can split the cost between your group later, but the lead booker will be in charge of the initial booking and payment of the deposit.


3. Our deposit is now 24% of the value of your booking. This evens out to £50 if you're just buying a normal Tour package, but will increase slightly if you want to add Extra nights, Stash etc...


4. We'll be operating a queue system! The queue for tickets will open up at 5:30pm on Thursday, and when you get let in, you will have 10 minutes to complete your booking!

BEFORE YOU BOOK, the lead booker will need the following information:

  1. Week of Tour

  2. Accommodation preference

And the following from all people they would like to book for/room with:

  1. First and Last Name

  2. Email Address

  3. Preferred Tee size (XS-XXL)

  4. Whether they want any add-ons

  5. Enough money for the deposit!


BOOKING PROCESS

Here's the booking process in detail!

1. Click through to your week of camp


2. Choose your package. You can choose between:


Pricing : Weeks 1-5 / Week 6 (18th -22nd April)

  • No Accommodation | £139 / £149

  • 1 or 2 person packages (these will be sharing accommodation with other solo travellers) | £209pp / £239pp

  • 3 and 4 Person in private accommodation | £209pp / £239pp

  • 5 person in Flor Da Rocha only | £206pp / £236pp

  • 6 Person in Flor Da Rocha only | £203pp / £233pp

*Note that the 5 and 6 person options require people to share double beds, as the apartments have 2 single beds and 2 double beds.


3. Choose your sport.

You need to ensure that you choose the same number of Tour tickets as there are people in the package. They don't need to be the same sport.

4. Choose accommodation

  • Jardins da Rocha and Flor da Rocha are budget apartments, about a 15-20 minute walk from the courts. Both have pools and tennis courts, and the apartments have kitchenettes, balconies, and will supply bedding and towels.

  • You have the option to check in the day before/after your Tour. This is priced at £33pp

  • You need to ensure that you choose the same number of people in the apartment as there are people in the package


5. Choose Your Extras

We have a sale on Extras, 15% off if you book with your package!

  • TRAIN LIKE A PRO PACKAGE UPGRADE: £40 £34pp: For those that want to train harder. Additional technical and gameplay training sessions, awesome coaches, smaller classes, morning of days 2, 3 and 4!

  • EXCLUSIVE PORTUGAL VEST TOP/SPORTS BRA: £33 £28.05 A brand new design you're going to want to get your hands on!


6. Pay!

  1. Enter Guest Info for the Tour ticket (first name, last name, university, email, T-shirt size (XS-XXL)

  2. Enter info for the add-ons

  3. When paying you are able to select 2 options:

    1. Pay for everyone - if you want to pay for everyone in your package

    2. Pay with friends - if you want to split the cost with the people in your package

  4. The booker can then 'pay in part'. For this, they will need to pay a deposit of 24% of the booking. Payment can be made by instant bank transfer, google/apply pay or credit/debit

7. Split the bill and check in!!

  1. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to login to your account and see your booking.

  2. Click on ‘Pay remaining balance’

  3. You can invite guests to pay using the 'Select guest and invite' button

  4. They will be invited via email to see booking details, enter their guest information and make payments.

  5. Update your own guest information

  6. Make your own payment


Once we have counted the people joining from your university, we will apply your discounts! If you pay in full before then, we will offer you a voucher of the same value.


Check in and final payments are due 6 weeks before you go on Tour.
