We’re back with another round of Community Spotlights – celebrating the legends who bring the vibes, the energy, and the heart to our courts. This month, we had nominations pouring in across all three venues, and it’s clear just how much our community means to one another.
DAVID SILVA
The legend himself! Our very own Head Coach has been showered with nominations this month, and it’s very clear why.
David is the life of the court: chilled, funny, endlessly creative, and always finding new ways to make training fun. From warm-ups that keep everyone guessing to the patience and positivity that makes players feel at home, his impact is huge.
A coach, a mentor, and a true community leader. David, thank you for everything you bring to the Deep Dish family.
JEFFREY CARREOS
Jeffery is one of those players you’re always happy to see on the court. Consistently finishing near the top in tournaments, he brings both skill and positivity to every game.
Nominated by a fellow player, he’s been recognised for the way he uplifts those around him. Whether he’s on your side of the net or across it, Jeffery’s energy makes him a joy to play with.

ENRICO MENGOTTI
And for our first ever St Albans nomination we have Enrico!
For our first ever nominee for our community spotlight series in St Albans, we shine the spotlight on Enrico, whose dedication and passion have been making a huge impact on and off the court!
He has been recognised for the consistent energy he brings to every session. He puts in the work, leads with real passion, and has played a key role in helping new joiners feel welcome and improve so quickly.
Thank you, Enrico, for the effort, patience, and positivity you give every week. You’re shaping players, building confidence, and raising the game for everyone at St Albans!
